More on Ten Lists to Write Before You Die
Posted on January 26th, 2009 | by Dee |I have had a lot of warm positive responses to my article about Ten Important Lists to Write Before you Die . many people have asked me how did the client react to creating these lists. I can easily accept that such an exercise might not be suitable for every client at the same stage of their life; for some it could be a disappointment or even be depressing. For the client in question, however, it proved to be a great blessing and he saw it as a good means of reflecting upon his life positively and perhaps leaving a legacy behind him.
A few peope have suggested that the exercise might be useful for other people, not necessarily the elderly or those nearing death. This is quite flattering to think that my work could be useful for other people and I am more than happy for other people of any age or stage in life to have a go at the lists. Maybe I should call it simpy Ten Important Lists without mentioning anything about death. Do let me know if you have a go at creating the lists and how you get on.
A few people have asked me about the client. Of course, I cannot and shall not give out any confidentlial information. I can say, though, that he passed away last weekend. I was not with him when he died but I am told that he died peacefully and contented.
