I love to reflect this "7 Things You Should Never Apologize For."

Being honest. I like the idea of being an honest person in front of me and in back of me. I do believe that everybody seeks for an honest person whom they can trust with.
Loving yourself. Loving our self is a good factor that we need to consider first before loving someone else. It's a good way to love someone but you also need to spare some percent for yourself on that way if something might happen to both of you then you have that small percent of yours to stand back.
Crying when you need to. Don't afraid to cry. If you want to cry then cry out loud.Crying doesn't show your weak. Tears cleanse the pain in your heart.
Taking a break. Sometimes we need to take a break too. Everybody does too.
Being alone. Sometimes i love to be alone and just read some books.
Change. Nothing is permanent in this world except CHANGE. But we need to be "very sensible and flexible to change".
Saying “no.”.Sometimes saying No is really ok as long as there is a corresponding explanation.

The hardest part is to be alone... I can't handle it and tackle it... I want someone who can hold me, keep telling my name, and most of all, telling me how much she loves me. hehehe

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. However imagine if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and videos, this website could certainly be one of the greatest in its field. Wonderful blog!

This one might seem a bit trivial in comparison to the things above, but I don't think you should have to apologise for liking certain things. All too often, I see people apologise for what bands they listen to or what movies they adore or what TV shows they watch or what food they eat. It's ridiculous! Tying directly into that, no one should have to apologise for having an opinion. Yes, there is a time and a place to voice an opinion (which is dictated by the circumstances), but no one should be ashamed for HAVING one.

In a way, I think Doug is right ... it is the effect upon other people that determines whether an apology is needed.

For example, it is fine to love yourself but what if that means neglecting others, such as your partner or children, should you not apologize if that happens?
