Change Your Life : Change your relationship

Being in a relationship is better than not being in a relationship, even if that relationship is not always a good one. Many of us, though, stay in a bad relationship without considering the alternatives. With the help of a relationship coach or marriage counselor, it is possible to improve a relationship but that does mean that both of you need to recognise the need (and the benefits) to improve it. Alternatively, if a relationship is not providing the support you need or not meeting your needs or in some way holding you back, then you may consider ending that relationship. Always keep in mind, though, that even if the relationship appears to be good for you, it may not always appear good for your partner.

If you are not in a relationship then you can make steps to find one or create one. Many of us sit back and wait for a relationship opportunity to come to us, it rarely does. A more positive approach would be to go out and seek a new relationship. That is not always easy but you can always seek the support and help of a relationship coach or one of many singles, dating, introduction or social clubs that abound in our society. Being in a relationship is better than not; so you can justify spending your time, energy and money searching for and building a relationship.

How To Improve Your Relationship
By Julie Fox

Are you having alot of arguments with your partner and feel like he is losing interest in you? Not getting along with your family or friends? Do you know that you can do something about it right now? The power is in your hands! Here is a few simple things you could start doing today to improve your relationships.

Whatever we think, we attract into our life. That is the law of attraction. You see, when you are having an argument with someone, you keep thinking over about it and analyzing. That only attracts more arguments. You keep thinking about it and you keep on arguing with your partner every day. You could stop this, by changing the way you think. Next time you see your partner, do not expect an argument, think of something nice. Visualize the situation before hand. You can also visualize yourself and your partner in-love and friendship. Visualize doing something together and feel the love and joy that you share. Imagine hugging him and having fun. Make sure you really feel the love and happiness with your whole body. Remember this feeling, try to re-create it as many times a day as you can. This technique goes for any kind of relationship, be it with your partner, family or friends. Also visualize the person the way you want them to act towards you. This really works wonders on your relationships.

Next technique you could do is write out all the good things about a person and concentrate only on them. The bad things do not really exist at all. How do you rate something good or bad? It is only a matter of opinion. You might not like something in a person, but someone else might find it great. When you concentrate only on the good things in a person, you will attract more of that. And the bad things will fade away.

If you start doing the above techniques today, you will start improving your relationships straight away. Remember you are in control of every situation in your life. Just keep on concentrating on the good. The same way you can attract anything into your life, be it good relationships, health or money.

Everyone is talking about the law of attraction! I am very interested in spirituality and find law of attraction very interesting. I have tried and tested it in my life and see improvements every day. You can start living your dream life, once you start applying the law. Good things just keep coming to you. Good luck!
